NARI Professional Certification
Certified Remodeler (CR)
 Requires five years of remodeling experience. Must pass an all day examination covering
business management; building codes and construction law; plans and specifications; tools
and equipment; safety; standards of practice; math; existing and special construction; site
work; masonry and concrete; rough and finish carpentry; roofing and siding; insulation;
interior finished; kitchens and baths; plumbing; mechanical and electrical systems; roofing, siding, windows, door.
NARI Professional Certification
Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (CKBR)
 Minimum requirement of five years experience in the Kitchen and Bath industry.
An all day examination must be passed covering, business management; ethics in
business, building codes and construction law; plans and specifications; math;
existing and special construction; finish work, plumbing; mechanical and electrical systems; and lighting.
