Many homeowners and potential clients are at various stages of the remodeling decision-making process. DiFabion Remodeling is willing to work with you at each stage of the process.

If you are at the very beginning stages of this process, DiFabion Remodeling will schedule an appointment to meet with the homeowner, take basic measurements and notes to determine a general scope of work and budget ranges. At that point we will analyze the information and prepare a preliminary estimate that includes an outline of the work and a realistic budget range. This is free of charge.

If you are you are well into the process and have a general direction in mind, DiFabion Remodeling will begin a "Feasibility Study". This process includes detailed measurements and digital photos, and a reasonably detailed discussion on the needs, wants, and desires of the client. After discussing a comfortable budget range prior to developing a plan, we then create a basic floor plan and proposal to include allowances that best represent the level of finish desired. Finally, we schedule a second appointment to discuss the plan and review the specifics at no cost.

If you serious about moving forward with a specific project, DiFabion Remodeling will begin the "Design/Build" process, which is fee based.
