Step-By-Step Process
The company guides the client through a "step-by-step" process to maximize efficiency.
Mike DiFabion begins with an initial telephone/e-mail interview discussing the client's needs, wants and desires.
Next is a scheduled appointment to meet with the client and explore all the possibilities considered for the job,
set up a preliminary budget and create a preliminary estimate addressing the general scope of the work considered.
Next, with the client, a design is developed along with plans and a detailed proposal.
The plan is then fine tuned to a final layout and brought to contract.
The client is guided through the selection process of materials to be used in the project.
Only then is a purchase order made for materials, and a critical path is scheduled for the entire project.
A preconstruction walk-through is made prior to the job start.
There are periodic meetings throughout the project to update and adjust tasks, always keeping the client informed.
